One rider born in 1998 and two riders born in 1999. Andrea Bartolozzi, Mattia Bevilacqua and Alessadro Iacchi will be the stagiaires of the team Neri Sottoli – Selle Italia – KTM chosen by Angelo Citracca for the final months of the season 2019.

The choice of betting on the team Franco Ballerini, that this year has been active not only in the juniores category but also in the Under 23, was right and Mattia Bevilacqua is the best example as he rode for both teams winning the juniores National Championships in 2016 and coming back on his level in this season with the supervision of his former SD Andrea Bardelli, achieving some important results in international races like the CCC Tour and the Giro d’Italia Under 23.

Also Alessandro Iacchi took part in the Corsa Rosa, at his second season in the category. Iacchi is a fast rider that can perform well in the short climbs like he showed in the first months of 2019 where he was selected in the National Team for the Gp di Larciano and where he achieved some good results especially in the months of may and june. At the Giro d’Italia Under 23 he was well placed in the young riders classification losing some ground only on the Dolomites.

The third stagiaire will be the piemontese Andrea Bartolozzi, a rider who did well this season, where he won his first race at Coppa 1° Maggio in Lombardia. The athlete from the team Viris Vigevano loves an aggressive way of riding as he is often in the breakaways but in the same time he can do well at the sprint.

Three italian young riders with potential and ready to be part of the team in these last busy months of 2019
